The title of this piece is a play on words. 
 
I was walking in an Amish community in Tennessee one Sunday morning just as the sun was rising and casting the farmlands into a beautiful glow. I approached a pasture where several of the community's draft horses were resting, and this very friendly Morgan Horse gelding approached as if to say, "Good Morning." The Amish speak a dialect of German and in their language, "Good Morning" is "Guten Morgen."
